As far as the Suns go, I think you should just keep what you have to the foreseeable future. It is working exceedingly well. But if you must, perhaps Kidd would be available for another twenty million a year or so to back up Nash. And maybe you could get Magic to share the burden at your bench. Kerr has no qualifications whatsover. He was a nobody in the NBA who rode the coat tails of Jordan to a championship. He has never coached, or even worked for an NBA team other than as a player. He and his bud Sarver have basically put stars from the Suns onto other teams. Bring back Brian Colangelo and keep Dantoni. Just give him the players he needs, not the players Kerr thinks he needs. Shaq??? You have got to be kidding me. I and many others predicted this would happen the day after the trade. Watch out though. Kerr will blame Dantoni. Coaching
We were out-coached during this last playoff series without a doubt. After a few years D’Atoni hasn’t adapted to NBA play with the offense he was running. D’Atoni was forced to start just this year after aquiring Shaq and there just wasn’t enough time for him to do so and allow the new team to gel. It’s impossible to expect that in just a few months. We couldn’t bet the Spurs with Marion even when Parker was out during the regular season, we had no chance in a playoff series against the Spurs. The changes were made out of desperation, yet had to be made. Give D’Atoni one more shot, I guarantee you he will win it next year.

Steve Kerr is the enemy. On National t.v. he was seen on the court at the AT&T center before the game talking and laughing with 3 of the Spurs. Also if I remember correctly, he was the annoucer last year that said repeadly that the 2 suns players would or should be suspended for the next game. Thanks for the attetion Steve!!!! Here’s how I see things after the playoffs this year… D’antoni knows run and gun offense better than anyone, but that’s it. Popavic is a coach who was a complete understanding of the game of basketball… when to foul, when to call a timeout, little violations that you can notify the league about other teams, some people may call the spurs dirty, but you have to be borderline dirty and edgy to win a championship… you have to be tough… and the suns are still mentally soft… diaw even said after game 4 that they were all confused about how they were supposed to cover the spurs pick and roll… that says to me that D’antoni didn’t make it clear or know what he wanted his players to do… and for it to last 3 games in an important playoff series is Crap!… Fire D’antoni and hire a deffensive guru like Jeff Van Gundy…

Can anyone tell me what Kerr’s qualifications are to be a GM? Did he serve as an assistant GM in a winning organizatin? Was he former coach? Assistant coach? Was he working in the front office of any nba team??? NOPE!!! The guy worked for TNT. So he worked for tnt and played in the league. There are a lot of clowns that have that on their resumes. Kerr is a Klown (also see clown) He got the job because a Vilecat buddy ownes the team. He is a Spur and Spur fan at heart and should go work for them.
